Inclusivity Statement

At Happy Carrot Skincare we care about people, all kinds of people.

We pledge to be inclusive to everyone, regardless of gender, ethnicity, skin colour, age, cultural background or sexual orientation.

Our products are designed to suit combination skin and therefore should not exclude any groups of society, only those who do not experience dry or oily skin.

Our marketing is aimed at the vegan and skincare community however, which we recognise do not always reflect a true balance of ethnicities and so we would like to address this issue. We pledge to keep our message and our products open to everyone.

When formulating new products we will strive to ensure the ingredients are appropriate for skin of different types and colours. This involves more research into skin needs for the BAME community and our conclusions will be published on the blog.

We will actively look for and encourage representation of all groups of society within our community, including models and collaborators.

Any future employees of Happy Carrot Skincare Ltd will be selected carefully considering equal opportunity policy.

If you have any questions, thoughts or recommendations as to how we can better implement full inclusivity within our brand, please get in touch at hello@happycarrotskincare.com
